Sebastiano Massaro is a neuroscientist and an award-winning management scholar at the forefront of Organizational Neuroscience, the field that applies neuroscience to the study of organizations, their leaders, and workers.
He co-founded and chaired the Interest Group in Organizational Neuroscience and Biology at the Academy of Management, the world’s largest association of management scholars. He is the Founding Director of Organizational Neuroscience Ltd., the first consulting firm exclusively dedicated to applying organizational neuroscience to transform the workplace.
Sebastiano is an Associate Professor (Reader) at Surrey Business School and previously worked at Warwick Business School, where he led the University of Warwick’s Global Research Priority in Behavioral Science. He is the first Ph.D. graduate of the UCL School of Management and regularly holds visiting and fellowship appointments at leading institutions worldwide.
